• BLUETOOTH CONNECTION: Supports Bluetooth LE & Classic on Android, and Bluetooth LE on iOS. For Bluetooth LE, no pairing is required — just plug in the device, open the app, and connect from within the app. Android head units and stereos may not be supported.
• FUNCTION LIMITATIONS: Advanced diagnostics (like ABS, SRS) and data (like transmission temperature, injector rate) are only available for some car makes/models via specific apps. Special functions such as injector coding, ABS bleeding, EPB reset, oil light & service resets are not supported. Check FAQs in user instructions for details.
• COMPATIBLE APPS: Car Scanner ELM OBD2 (recommended for generic OBD-II functions and reading battery data on some EVs), Torque (for Android), OBD Fusion, BimmerCode*, BimmerLink*, OBD JScan, Dr. Prius, etc. Note: some Apps or in-App features require separate purchase.
• *APP LIMITATIONS: Model year before 2008 are not supported when used with BimmerCode or BimmerLink. In addition, it's not suitable for G & U series for BimmerCode. MS-CAN is not supported for Forscan software.
