Order Processing and Delivery Schedule

Order Cut-off Time

• Orders placed by 05:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Vancouver) will begin processing the same business day.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

• Orders above $89: Free standard shipping

• Orders under $89: Flat rate of $7.95 (USD)

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

1. Verify the shipping address on your order.

2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.

3. Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package.

4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If your package is officially declared lost, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or issue a refund based on your preference.
