Details: The TheraICE Flexible Ankle Ice Pack provides 360° coverage for ease of movement and convenience. The slip-on design means no messy or uncomfortable ice packs, inserts, velcro or awkward straps.

Cold Therapy: Place in freezer bag and put in freezer for at least two hours.
Heat Therapy: Remove from any plastic bags. Be sure it is at room temperature. Microwave for 20 seconds; if more heat is needed microwave in 10 second increments.
Apply: Gently pull onto your foot and keep in place for approximately 15 minutes.
Wash: Hand wash with damp towel. Do not submerge in water. Air dry, do not machine wash.
CAUTION: If gel comes in contact with skin, wash the area immediately with soap and water. If crystals become visible, throw away and do not apply to skin.
