Mastika is a natural resin from the pistacia lentiscus tree which is an arid, subtropical species that grows in coastal mediterranean regions. Mastika helps restore digestive function and has been used for over 3000 years to relieve abdominal symptoms. Mastika has been used as a health food for many years. It has also been used to prevent dental carries, heal mouth ulcers and other gum problems andreduce cholesterol and treat skin ulcers.

Ingredients

Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Celulose, Di-Calcium Phosphate), Mastic gum Extract, Capsule Shell (HPMC) Anticaking Agent (Magnesum Stearate).

Directions

Take 2 capsules before bed with water for 4 weeks then 1 capsule a day as a maintenance dose.
