After the test strip is placed into the test strip port and a blood sample is applied, the blood automatically wicks into test window. A transient electrical current is generated, and this current is measured to determine the correct blood glucose level reading. HOW TO USE TESTING STRIPS1.Apply blood samples to the edge of the strip until the test window is full. 2.The blood glucose meter will begin to count down when there is adequate blood. If the test window is not full, you may add additional blood within three seconds.3. If not enough blood has been applied, an error E-3 will be displayed. Please discard and use a new test strip.  STORAGE AND HANDLINGPlease read and follow the storage and handling conditions below:● Test strips must be stored inside the original vial ,close the cap on the vial immediately after removing a test strip.● Use the test strip immediately after removing it from the package.● Do not use expired test strips. We ship within the continental United States and Canada. For International shipping please message us. Our products are shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx. Shipping time to Canada is 9 to 12 business days. MISSING ITEM(S), WRONG ITEM(S) OR INCORRECT PACKAGE SENT
Please be sure to open the parcel and carefully check the contents before signing for the package.

Possible Solutions:

As such, our 1 Year Money Back Guarantee relating to RC toys, scooters and wheels, only covers 30 Day DOA instances where the product does not work out of the box. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product carefully upon arrival.
3. Returns for spare parts and accessories are not accepted.
