Looking for a pancake batter that’s quick, thick and ready to flip? Then our American Style Pancake Mix is your new best friend. Simply add milk, pour into the pan and get ready for the perfect chunky, fluffy pancakes. All that’s left to do is decide what to top them with!
Ingredients
WHEAT flour, glucose syrup, whole EGG powder, sugar, EGG white powder, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), salt, thickener (guar gum), flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid). May contain: (MILK).
Directions
1. Pour the milk and the pancake mix into a bowl and mix with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth. 2. Heat a small amount of butter / oil in a large circular frying pan, over a medium heat. 5. Spoon 2-3 tablespoon of batter into the pan per pancake - each pancake should be about 8cm wide and 1cm deep. Make sure the pancakes aren't too close together as they will spread during cooking. 6. Cook the pancakes until bubbles start to appear, using a spatula flip the pancakes over and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
