Gently push back cuticles with a cuticle pusher (not included). Wash away residue with warm water. Repeat once a week with your full manicure and pedicure regimen. Turn the bottom of the applicator clockwise until the formula is visible through the base of the bristles. You may need to turn it 10+ times on your first use.
