Return Window: You have a 30-day window from the date your order arrives to request a return.
Product Condition: Returned
items must be in their original, unused state. This includes being unwashed, with all tags still attached, and returned in the original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
Secure Packaging: Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
Shipping Method: For your protection, use a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.
