Origin: La Mosquitia, Honduras Batana Oil is a rare oil because the extraction process is very labor intensive and has to be done almost entirely manually. The fruits are first boiled, then pounded to remove the orange outer shell, and then extracting the nuts. The nuts are then washed, sun-dried and cracked using a stone to release the kernel. Finally, the kernels are cooked over fire to extract the oil. The hot oil cools down to yield a smooth brown solid-paste at room temperature. Apply Maméla batana oil to your scalp and gently massage, pulling excess Batana oil from the roots to the ends of your hair. Cover your hair with a cap for 20-30 mins. Rinse thoroughly. RETURN POLICY

- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.

- Costs: Return shipping cost is the responsibility of our company, Kate Minimalist. If the items is used or damaged by the customer, then the customer has to pay for return shipping cost. 

- Refund: Refunds are processed within 7 days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.

RESTOCKING FEE

- No Restocking Fee: Kateminimalist does not charge a restocking fee for any returns.

- Damaged Goods: If the product arrives damaged, send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will cover the cost of the return.

- Product Never Arrived: If your product never arrived, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the courier. If the product is not found, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product.
