Ideal for use with larger injuries such as knees, shoulders, arms. The modern reusable gel compress helps cold & warm.
Cold application:
Proven for pain, swelling and other complaints.
for acute inflammation of joints and muscles, for blunt injuries, swelling, bruising, for insect bites, for toothache
For immediate use, we recommend storing it in the ice compartment (ready for use after approx. 2 hours of cooling.)
Warm application:
For relaxing individual parts, soothing, pain-relieving and improving blood circulation.
for tension, sore muscles, back pain, menstrual cramps
Warm the compress in hot (not boiling) water for approx. 6 minutes. Alternatively, in the microwave for approx. 4 minutes at a maximum of 280 watts.
Please note:
For external use only! Do not use the compress if you have acute circulatory problems, arterial circulation problems, Raynaud's syndrome, excessive or insufficient temperature sensitivity (e.g. diabetes). If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist. When using the compress, wrap it in a cloth or protective cover. Excessive heating can destroy the compress. Danger of burns! The compress can be disposed of with household waste.
Keep away from children. If you accidentally ingest the contents of the bag, drink plenty of water and contact a doctor as a precaution.
