HOW TO TAKE
Mix the salts powder with water. It is easier to dissolve in sparkling water or warm water.
We recommend starting with 500ml of water per 1 scoop of powder. You can adjust this quantity based on your taste. The amount of water does not affect the efficacy.
FOR KETO AND INTERMITTENT FASTING Take 1-2 scoops daily or whenever you feel the symptoms of electrolyte deficiency (e.g. headaches, fatigue, muscle cramps).
FOR EXTENDED FASTING: Take 1-4 scoops daily, spread out throughout the day. Do not take more than 1 scoop at a time.
Please note: Your digestive system is extremely sensitive during extended fasting. Digestive upset can occur easily with any supplement, even with just standard table salt. Watch your reaction carefully and adjust quantities based on your individual response to this supplement. You can reduce the recommended daily quantity if required, or split it up into smaller dosages - for example, take 1/2 or 1/3 of a scoop at a time.
