PLEASE NOTE: This is a totally natural product and as such it doesn't act like plastic toothbrushes. As you can see from the feedback, some bristles come out as the natural bamboo brush is getting sort of set to climate and moisture.
Bamboo expands in humid air and can then contract when it gets dry. Do not buy if you aren't able to simply remove a few bristles from your mouth that may fall out. However, if you can stay the sustainable course and keep brushing then it seems to find a balance and you can brush away as vigorously as you like.
