It is also highly effective on ants, imported fire ants, crickets, cockroaches, earwigs, firebrats, pantry pest, wasp and sowbugs. Acephate 97 UP is a low odor formulation and controls over 125 listed pests on the product label. Acephate 97 UP is a water soluble, systemic insecticide that is absorbed by plant roots and foliage, providing systemic control of feeding insects. Insects are controlled through ingestion with this product. Acephate 97UP is an insecticide for control of pests on selected agricultural crops an in certain non-crop areas.
