How did you come up with the idea for this product?
It’s simple: we listened to women. Our founder interviewed pregnant women at a local Whole Foods in Providence, RI. They all said the same thing: they hate taking prenatal vitamin pills, but know how important they are. We then talked to over a hundred more women, and they all agreed. Thus, Premama was born. The team solved the horse pill problem with Premama vitamin drink mixes, an easy-to-consume, powdered drink mix.

Premama’s pill-free, drinkable solutions are formulated with high-quality, clinically-studied and physician-approved ingredients. Our products are easy-to-swallow and are specifically formulated to support preconception through postnatal nutritional needs without the challenge of taking horse pills.
What has been the best part of your startup experience?
The best part? Hearing for the first time how Premama vitamin drink mixes improved the journey for expecting moms. It was also pretty cool to see our product on the retail shelf for the first time! Now with four products in over 2500 stores, the “best part” keeps getting better. Our challenge is spreading the word to moms that there is a pill-free alternative to prenatal vitamins, as well as fertility and lactation supplements.

3.Kate Minimalist will by default resend the item to the customer via Flat Rate Shipping. If the customer wants to utilize a faster shipping method, the relevant shipping fee is applicable.
4. In case of any misuse, any and all repairs, accessories and shipping fees, both ways, are fully the customer’s responsibility and are at their own expense.
